Enchantment Books Change For Resource Packs

Just allowing the ability for the client to be able to change the enchanted book texture based on what enchantment is at the top of the list, so you don't have to relay on external mods or data packs for this, or even better just minecraft changing the texture for each books, as looking for these can be a nightmare when you have alot in a chest
