New shield enchant

Hear me out, Reinforcement enchantment. Reinforcement I; Piercing arrow still goes through, but it negates damage by 35%, taking 1/3 shield durability. Reinforcement II; Arrow still goes through, but negates damage by 60%, and takes 1/5 of shield durability. Reinforcement III; Arrow does NOT go through, but reduces damage by 75%, and takes 1/6 shield durability. Reinforcement IV; Arrow does NOT go through, but reduces damage by 85%, but takes 1/5 of shield durability. #NOTE# It is impossible to get Reinforcement III or higher from enchanting, and can’t be put onto a shield with unbreaking, but can with mending.
