Instant TNT explosion with Mace

It would be really cool if you could instantly explode a TNT by hitting it with a mace! + With wind burst, you'll be flung 1.2x more because of the impact of the TNT.

    Also if hitting an enemy that's on fire could make like a splash effect that also makes any entity around start burning too like how the slam deals knockback in area
