a new level or upgradable beacons

some new level to minecraft. for example, in terms of progressing and "new levels", this level would be like doing something in the end, or beating the enderdragon would enable some new level to the player, in terms of playing into the rng mechanics.perhaps this coud allow the players into upgrading the beacon and/or being able to get access to other stuff and thus reach more of a new level. its like stuff to do.
