More Late-Game Gameplay.

I don't know what else to call it. I think there should be more things to do after defeating the ender dragon.

Like on returning from the end, new mobs start spawning, and existing ones become stronger. Also new structures and biomes that appear in chunks that are loaded after defeating the ender dragon. There could also be new ores, blocks and maybe a new equipment tier.
