    Yeah the eye adaptation effect is headache inducing and makes every piece of lighting in your base look horrendous because if you have to many light sources in your base it looks like your screen has an auto dimming effect with some flicker effect. its just a dumb disgusting broken looking setting that NEEDS A TOGGLE SETTING TO COMPLETELY TURN OFF MOJANG PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS MINECRAFT ADD THIS.

     

    this is what is stopping me from using vibrant visuals is the eye adaptation simulation effects with any and all light sources.

    it actually hurts to fight blazes with vibrant visuals from this. also it has the gameplay issue of making it so you can't see anything else happening around you while in combat despite a nether fortress being among the more dangerous places in the game.
