Silk touch hoe keep biomes specific leaves colors

Like some suggest that silk touched grass blocks should keep the color of the biomes they are dig out from, leaves could keep their biomes colors (pale garden oak leaves for exemple) when you use hoe with the silk touch enchant to gather the leaves.

We have the sheers that gather leaves too and that would remain as it is now and change the leaves to the base mechanic leaves have now "colored by the biomes they are placed on".

PS: It could be the other way around hoe/sheers, but if that would be added with the grass mechanic, keeping it on the hoe makes a bit more sense.
