Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Along with this, maybe add bronze as an early/mid game iron that's better but rarer and make the blast furnace crafted with this? Irl you need a blast furnace to smelt iron for tools and more so it would be cool if iron and netherite required a blast furnace instead of a normal one giving it more use and making iron a little harder to get in early game, also making copper, bronze and even gold more useful.

Also the copper bucket should not be able to hold lava making it impossible to create a nether portal with just lava and water before getting iron.

For the rusty iron, Idk how it could work but not really a bad idea. Maybe there's no rusty variants of tools since copper doesn't have oxidized variant neither but some decorative blocks could be cool like rusty chains, bars, doors and trapdoors or even blocks.

I disagree. Assume a kid give is given 15 minutes of game-time each day. They would never find iron. The game is designed so you can progress at whatever speed you want.
