The game won't load, I can't play online or even open the marketplace

Nothing loads for me, the marketplace isn't responding. I can't play online with friends or join suggested servers. (Note: All other games work perfectly fine, only Minecraft doesn't.)

    Known issue, Support staff told me to wait for an Update and closed the ticket!
