Support staff told me this: Thank you for reaching out again. I understand how frustrating it must be to lose access to online services like Realms and the Marketplace after moving from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5, especially with the recurring C‑0010 error.

Our internal teams are actively working on resolving this error in a future release of Minecraft. While we cannot provide an exact timeline for when the fix will be available, we do have a few temporary steps that may help improve your experience in the meantime:

Please try giving the game additional time at the main menu to finish completing some of the background tasks, as some game features can produce unexpected errors if they are accessed before the tasks are completed.
If that does not resolve the issue, please attempt to access Minecraft from a different device and network, if possible.
Lastly, please see the below articles for recommended troubleshooting tips:

While we work on addressing the root cause, we encourage you to keep an eye out for any updates posted to Minecraft News as well as the Release Changelogs. After the fix for this issue has been released, make sure you’re using the current version to see the results.

We appreciate you reporting this issue and your patience while we work toward a resolution. For now, I will close this ticket pending the scheduled fix.
