All debug features (f3 f4) on to bedrock

Stop procrastinating and add the debug features to bedrock I like pie chart chunk border, the entire debug screen, chunk reload, and ect

    Pls add a debug f3 f4 ect to bedrock you known all my broke low low class family and the thousands of others of family's can afford a PC with
    Is like 3k monitors 5k coolent 100 energy is like 1k a month down here so pls add it and all we can afford is my broken tablate
