You want proximity chat in Minecraft Bedrock because it would make your worlds more fun, more realistic, and way more interactive with friends. You want to hear people get louder when they walk closer and quieter when they walk away, just like Java players can. Since you play on iPhone and Bedrock doesn’t support mods, you don’t have any real way to use proximity chat unless Mojang adds it themselves, which is why you want the feature added officially and make it just for bedrock in the amounts of mayhem update. Java players have all the fun.
