A new enchantment idea

An enchantment titled “Experienced”, (a little on the nose), that gives more so when mining things like lapis or coal, and ores that don’t give xp drop xp when this is used. This could be used on a sword or pickaxe, but not compatible with looting for swords nor is it compatible with fortune for pickaxes.
