Improve spear charge player animation to rotate the body with the movement

    For a visual example that's in the game, something similar to the way backing up used to make a player's body rotate, making it so that when hit it looked kind of like their shoulder was pushed back by the impact. It was a pretty simple and probably unintended effect but it was a neat addition. 
    as I understand this wouldn't be That hard to implement since the only real animation is roating the torso while leaving the head and attacking arm mostly unchanged to preserve the indication of what direction the player is facing. Though that's from the perspective of an animator not a programmer.

    For clarity: while in my ideal world this principle would be used for other attacks made by the player this suggestion is only about the spear.
