Rebalance the spear attack speed

Currently, spears' attack speed decreases for higher-tier spears. This seems highly unnecessary, considering that the charge attack already gets increasingly difficult due to the charge length being shorter for higher tiers. That makes it hard on players riding horses. I think the jab speed for every spear should be rebalanced to match either the iron spear's attack speed, or the stone spear's attack speed.

  Actually using the charge is easier for higher tiers because they have less delay before they start charging in higher tiers. Also this makes the spears deeper since a faster spear is better for lunge and higher tiers for charging

  Lunge is more for movement than combat, and it comes at the cost of hunger and durability.
