In Minecraft most ores or other things such as coal, Redstone, iron, copper, gold, and dried kelp can be condensed into a block to save space then turned back into the item it was crafted from. And so it takes up less inventory space. But most times when Im mining quartz in the Nether using a fortune 3 pickaxe. And am storing it in a shulker box I often times find that it fills up the inventory or shulker box quickly. And I want to condense it down into a block but then realize I can't because I can't turn it back into quartz. I think a easy solution would be instead of making it so quartz blocks turn back into quartz. you add a block of raw quartz like how the other ores work this block would be crafted the same way. Normal raw ore blocks are crafted. And the block would look just like the other raw ores blocks like the raw copper or raw iron or gold. But it would be white instead the same color as the quartz itself. And the name of it would be block of raw quartz. I think this would fix the issue of it taking up too much inventory space.
