Leaf litter

Leaf litter shouldn't be obtainable by hand, it adds up in the inventory way too quickly when you're trying to clean up the forest area. It should require some sort of tool, like the hoe, to obtain it, much like how people use rakes to clean up leaves in real life. I get how people would want to collect them for different reasons, but for people who are just trying to clear the area, it gets annoying pretty quickly.
