The happy ghast shouldn't wander so much

At LEAST make it stick close to the ground while it does. I have no snow nearby to get snowballs and I can't reach them to put a lead on it, I shouldn't have to chase it in the air or hope it comes down this century just to get on it.

    make a snow golem farm, trap a snowman in one spot and use a shovel on the ground where it is

    Make it so when they are parked on the ground, it won't fly away or move around.
