New Nether Biome: “Living Guts” + Watchful Eye & Mouth Blocks

I’d love a single creepy Nether biome that makes the dimension feel like a living organism, plus two new blocks that can also generate elsewhere.

Living Guts biome:

• Fleshy, organic caves with occasional acid lakes that slowly damage players/gear and play distant “stomach” gurgles.

• Fleshy “lump” blocks that sometimes appear where the player has been. Over time they grow and can hatch a hostile Nether mob, like an immune response.

New blocks (also in other Nether biomes):

• Eye Block: A single block type that generates in small clusters, like ore or glowstone. Each block has 1 big yellow eye, and their pupils follow players as they move, making it feel like the walls are watching you. It only opens when your back is turned; if you spin quickly, you catch it closing.

• Mouth Block: disguised fleshy rock that snaps open with teeth when stepped on, dealing a small bite + knockback.

This adds one rare, memorable Nether biome without a full overhaul and makes the Nether feel more uncanny and alive.
