Craftable and mineable end portal frames

It would be cool to have end portal in base, right now, it's impossible for them to get mined, there could be a crafting recipe with 3 endstone, 2 obsidian, one eye of ender, and 3 blaze rods, and end portal frames could be mineable with netherite pickaxe only, with enchantment from end ships only "End Movement" allowing to destroy end portal frame

    Or maybe some kind of craftable gateway portal to the end made with materials only found in the end so you can't make it before getting to the end but makes getting to the end again easier so more players want to explore it. Could be good if we ever get an end update
