Emerald and amethyst armor/tools

I hope/suggest that you can make emerald and amethyst armor and tools. I was thinking that amethyst would be better than gold but less than diamond, and emerald would be better than diamond but less than netherite. I’m suggesting that by rarity, I don’t know what would realistically be better than what, for example iron is better better than gold because pure gold realistically can be easily bent, broken, or scratched. I really hope/suggest that you add this to the game because 1. I think it would be really pretty and cool. 2. There’s not much else you can do with emeralds and amethyst besides trading and building. 3. This kind of refers back to #1 but they are both really pretty ores, and since they are ores you should be able to make armor and tools from it. Now, I know That red stone, coal, and lapis also aren’t made into armor or tools (which would also be cool) but in my opinion my favorite ores out of those five are emerald and amethyst.
