flame bows and arrows igniting flammable objects/starting a fire

in medieval history arrows that were on fire were used to burn buildings and siege weapons. in Minecraft flame bows are shown to use a fire texture near the tip, in summary, flame bows should ignite blocks and entities (as long as the fire texture appears it should ignite stuff)
