Muddy Hills Biome

This would be a new biome with warm temperatures. It would contain only Mud, a few Dead Bushes, and Muddy Mangrove Roots. Turtles would be more likely to breed near bodies of water than in other biomes. Bogged and Slime could breed there at night. The biome would simply be a muddy wasteland with hills. Adding this biome wouldn't require the creation of any new blocks.
