enchanting space more flexible

for yeas enchanting tables and book shelf were fix on the enchanting table in the middle and the 3x3 space and bookshelves around it yeah some people were creative and made it look different and great but what if it was changed to be more flexible like if there is bookshelves in 7x7 radius and not only 5x5 as  we know it now
