Grinder as a Workstation

Would love to see a new workstation called a Grinder that is the opposite of a smelter. For example, Stone in a grinder gets cobblestone. Deepslate in a grinder creates cobbled deepslate. Cobblestone in grinder becomes gravel. Sandstone or Gravel in grinder becomes sand. This would allow players to create some resources that are more limited while still having to do some resources gathering and world exploration.
