Hard to Get Grappling Hook Using Trident or Enchanted Bow/Pickaxe for ease.

We need a grappling hook to make climbing things easier, but make it hard to get. Maybe you use a Trident and throw it or shoot a bow with a special enchantment and pickaxe on a chain/rope or something. All my friends agree that we need one.

250 uses (like iron pickaxe); repairs with iron ingots.

3 seconds between throws to avoid spamming.

No fall damage reduction—risky if you miss.

Enchantments: Unbreaking, Mending, Efficiency (faster reel), or a new "Reach" (extends range by 20 or so  blocks)

Doesn't attach to water, air, but can pull players, mobs, ect. Could bounce on slime blocks.
