Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Block of Grass

There should be a block of grass, made by crafting a 2x2 of short grass, that has a similar texture to grass, but on all sides. It is hard to terraform with grass as you always get the dirt texture on the side. Sometimes you can use moss to do this, but with some biome tints of grass, it doesn't work at all. This block would solve these problems, as it would have no dirt texture and would be affected by biome tinting. It could also come with other variants, such as dry grass blocks, warped/nether root blocks, etc. These could be very good for unique colors we don't have in many blocks currently, and as decoration blocks.

    It should be called Layered Grass, and it should be obtained by shearing a regular Grass Block
