Biome tag world generation option

Similar to single biome world generation, but rather than limiting it to one biome, limit it to one tag, such as “is_deep_ocean” or “is_cold”. This will allow for some fun and unique worlds imo. It probably would also automatically work with modded or datapack biomes as long as they have the correct tags.
