New dimensions bedrock and new stuff

Can we add the ather to bedrock and to be honest we need more dimensions i want to add a dimension called the hero dimensions where you can get superhero abilities and weapons and can we add another layer underneath bedrock because i think we should have titanium under bedrock so now we can mine bedrock but bedrock can only be mined with a netherite pickaxe
