Cure zombie piglins

It would be cool if there was some kind of process to cure a piglin that has been converted into a zombie piglin in the overworld (or a pig that has been struck by lightning). Maybe this would produce a piglin that could survive the overworld without converting back? Perhaps with a weakness potion and a golden carrot, or with something more difficult to obtain.
