Version changing for Bedrock and Pocket Edition

Wouldn't it be cool if you had like an Bedrock or pocket edition launcher that when you open it you can change skins, capes, accounts and the most important thing, Versions. And make this a standalone program so you also have the Minecraft app which you can launch without going into the "Bedrock launcher". I know this is hard to program but it would be so cool to revisit older versions like my favourite PE Version 1.11 But I can't play it because my device is too new and the 32 bit arm is too old. Please Microsoft if you see this at least think about it and not ignore this, I think many many more people want the same!
