since Minecraft started updating their usure UI as an older player things have felt more clunky. especially playing multiplayer on realms as the realm ui also feels too large especially while playing on a console or laptop as before realms were displayed as a short list all together of the realms you were in and were easily accessible and speedy to select. now my expired realms display at the top of the page with just one realm taking up the whole page making me scroll and do multiple selections to play on the realm i want. a way to maybe make this better would be to be able to reorder realms in the menu and compacting them like the "my worlds" menu. the realms menu i think should also of been kept to multiplier and kept displaying friends worlds instead of being in "my worlds" as they are not my worlds.
another change that was made fairly recently as of writing this is when in game and you want to see who is online in a realm with you you can no longer go to exit the game and instantly see who is online instead you have to select the social menu and then see friends that aren't even in the realm with you displayed as well which doesn't fulfil the need of what players would use that feature for. it is also slow and laggy.
the moving of the settings button is also not helpful as now trying to help friends who are maybe new and need to change their settings ask where is the settings? it also doesn't have a recognisable symbol as settings either
