new spear wielding mob

I think there should be a new kind of illager that wields a spear. it would be called the piercer or something else. the illager would ride on top of a ravager so it can be really dangerous.

    Good idea I think it could also be a duel mount with vindicator who will jump of once they have charged into a village also I think it should only spawn in a raid
