Beacon range should depend on what block is used under it.

For example, each iron and gold block could give +1 range, each emerald block +3 range, every diamond block +5 range, and every netherite block +10 range. This would reward players for using more expensive blocks for their beacons as currently it doesn't make sense to use harder to obtain blocks (e.g diamond and netherite) whilst using easier to obtain blocks give the same reward.
