Phantoms now Spawn 7 days without sleep

Phantoms happen too easily early game without a bed. Spawning in 3 days, which is only 1 hour of real time, is too short and too frequent. Extend this to 7 days or 2 hours, 20 minutes. That feels more generous and is less likely to happen by accident. People who want phantom membrane can still get it, and people who don't want phantoms have more time to prepare.
