Hi Mojang team,
Minecraft brings people together, but large servers can feel chaotic after years of activity. My idea is to create two new official multiplayer modes focused on balance, fairness, and community.
1. Friendly Mode
Players share a world but PvP is completely disabled. The concept: “If you don’t mess with me, I won’t mess with you.” Players can build, explore, and form alliances peacefully. If someone breaks the rule (attacking, griefing, or stealing), they get a punishment such as losing inventory or restarting. It makes players think before ruining others’ work.
2. PvP Mode
For those who love competition—anything goes. PvP, raiding, alliances, betrayals—all allowed and encouraged.
Additional Concept
Each server could be limited to about five players to make it personal and less overwhelming. Every world could include around five random biomes, giving each server a unique identity.
This system could give Minecraft a new focus. Many players want to enjoy multiplayer but don’t have friends nearby who play too. Minecraft is a beautiful game with so much potential, and it’s more fun when shared with others. With a mode like this, players could not only build and explore but also form real friendships. Maybe you see me building something in the distance, and I see you doing something similar—and from that moment, a friendship begins. That’s the real magic of Minecraft.
Thank you for reading. I hope you’ll consider this idea for a future update.
