Remove all water from desert and badlands biomes

Being in a so called “desert” but seeing a body of water in every direction is immersion breaking and makes the desert feel less like a desert

    The definition of a desert isn’t based on how much water they contain at a given time, but rather on how much precipitation they receive and how quickly they lose it.
