Capes store

This is a layered store and it lasts 3 years and then resets. To get the capes store you need a Microsoft account, and if you already own any of the capes you won't be able to get them. years ago

    And it's not possible while there's an active event or as a reward on Twitch or TikTok, only after it's over.
