Skelleboys deserve new toys too! Let Wither Skeletons wield Spears and Axes

Since Wither Skeletons rely solely on melee weapons (swords), it would make sense to let them occasionally spawn with spears or axes as well.
This would add more variety and challenge to encounters with these old, predictable bony dudes, making fights against them feel fresher and less repetitive than they currently are.

  After all, why not? Why shouldn't three-block tall enemies be stronger?

  But seriously though, this would finally make it harder to cheese wither skeletons.
