So I saw how some of the mounts had new features and some of the other mounts became better and some became obsolete, and so I thought that adding some features to other mounts might give them relevance in the update.
The Skeleton horse might become obsolete since the other mounts are far better, With the addition of horses being able to swim and skeleton horse just sinking it becomes a really bad mount so here is an idea
- Skeleton horses, upon death, will drop these things called bone piles which can be broken into bones or can be interacted with soul sand or a soul lantern in order to "revive" the horse, this should solve the problem of the horses being too rare and not being worth the grind to obtain, with this feature, it would be worth to obtain one
-Skeleton horses should spawn more frequent on colder biomes like snowy plains, i know the dev team might be planning to introduce a mount for the cold biome and something for the stray to ride on, so this might be a cool replacement for those skeleton horse jockeys that appears when a skeleton horse gets struck by lightning
other mount feature
-camel husks and zombie horse can be fed rotting flesh and be able to regenerate from being fed, since they are undead i think these mounts will be preferring flesh and give some use to the rotting flesh
-other living mounts like a regular horses can be fed with any fruit or vegetables, though they might have a preference for specific fruits and vegetables...
