Adrenaline rush

Minecraft should add an optional "adrenaline rush" were when you get to three hearts or below you run faster, and (mabey) gain another temporary heart. I think that this will be an excellent thing to add to Minecraft as the game is already educational with its accurate use of oars, mobs ect. It will be available in setting as an option and will not automatically turn on in game. An adrenaline rush will be an educational and realistic thing to add to the game without drastically changing the game we all know and love.
