Make The Enchantment table be able to enchant with enchantment books.

Why does the anvil is the primary way of enchanting a item? makes no sense, it should be instead used with the enchantment table, that way, you put your item, put the book, and put the lapis, and them you get your enchantment, plus more depending on the level, if is level one, you only get your enchantment that you have on the book, if is level two or above, you get a better enchentment plus one more or two more complementary enchantments.
If you would have unbreaking II and put on the table and choose level III on the enchantment table, you would upgrade unbreaking II to unbreaking III 
Please mojang, fix the anvil, dont allow them to break anymore, and make it so it fixes itens without needing XP!
