Not receiving Copper Cape

Hi, I have placed down a copper golem statue as per the guidelines during the period of the event, however I'm still yet to receive my item

    Comigo também aconteceu. Tentei o resgate dentro do prazo, que foi até o dia 20. Coloquei estátuas em vários mapas e nada.

    Same. I even got a notification saying "your cape is on the way". I still don't have it and the 31st is almost over.

    Same here. Contacted support with photos of my login screen and notification saying my cape was on the way. They said they couldn't verify I was eligible. WTH!

    Success.

    I sent support a video capture (i used discord to do this) of me logging in to Minecraft.

    Showed my cape notification and my cape inventory. Cape is now there.
