Splash potion of milk

Dear Minecraft,

I had this idea of a new potion. Namely the mythical: Splash potion of milk. A potion you get by brewing a milk bucket on an awkward potion, when applied to a player it clears their effects, like the milk bucket just in splash potion form.

Potential uses: 
- remove negative effects quickly saving you in dangerous situations where time might matter
- remove your opponents effects in pvp

However im a pvper at heart and know how annoying this would be in fights so if this idea gets considered, please add this to an april fools snapshot. Its a fun idea i feel people would enjoy in an april fools update however something that might get tiring if added long term.
