So, almost everyone can relate to finding the old minecraft console editions to be a real gem of nostalgia, so why not add a button in the bottom corner of the minecraft menu that would say "Enable Legacy Console Edition". This would require a restart of the game and as soon as you load in, everything would be reverted to the set-up of the main menu, old minigames would return, and everything before the caves and cliffs update would be put back to how it was.
-A few pointers
(We already have a texture pack that allows you to go back to old texturing) - Yes, but the texture pack is not the EXACT nostalgic feeling everyone desires, some people want to be able to access older gameplay, like the console edition.
(You can use minecraft Java edition for that) - Youre right, but this can require some mods to get almost exactly how it was, and the graphics/shaders on the console editions were much more unique compared to the mods, plus not everyone has access to a PC, some may only be able to afford a standard console or switch.
(What would this even benefit?) - Well for starters, A LOT of people miss the old console editions, some want to try the experience without having to purchase a whole new game. This would be an excellent way of drawing in a lot more players who enjoy the nostalgia, microsoft would be printing money on minecraft bedrock edition if they add this feature.
Anyways, I hope microsoft takes this into consideration, have a good day and thank you for reading!
