Enchanted boats and minecards

Boats and minecards aren`t used very often by players, because other ways of transportation are more efficient. And in the late stages of the game players have to many XP and there are not enough ways to spend this XP. Boats and minecards could be improved by enchantments. Here are few brief ideas:

Speed - makes boat or minecard go faster:

Deep panniers - makes storage in chest in boat or minecard bigger than standart size;
Bumper - allows minecard or boat to ram amd throw on few blocks mobs that standing on the way of vehicle;

Armored sides - makes boat or minecard invincible or almost invincible to projectiles. Skeletons and drowneds can`t destroy your vehicle anymore;

This particular enchantments is just an example. The proposition is about adding new mechanic that will allow to enchant boats and minecards. Maybe sadles also may be enchanted to increase stats of horse or camel on which this sadle will be put. And of course enchantment mechanic should not be the only measure to improve rail system. It should be a part of wider railway update
