Bedrock edition: off hand

Mobile/bedrock edition players are suffering because of there is no off hand in the game, add a off hand for bedrock edition and a new swap button which will help to swap from main to off hand and off to main hand with another button which will control the offhand like if a block is in the office hand them it will place it and a firework is there then it will help with the elytra and there should also be an new slot for the off hand like it is on Java edition, thank you
