MAKE THE GOAT HORN ENCHANTABLE!!!

Make so the goat horn can be enchantable, and have the following enchantments:
1:
CALL UPON FRIENDS; This enchantment would call any owned mounts to the player the player who owns them, so happy ghast could fly, and horses roam, and them you call upon them so you wouldnt loose them.

2:
Warden Scream; this enchantment would make the opposite, any agressive mob would be scared of it, and it would de agro piglins and zombie pigplins. they would only last a second or two. Would also scare off agressive endermens.
