There will be dinosaurs:
Tyrannosaur
Velociraptor
Stegosaur
Triceratops
Spinosaur
Brachiosaur
Mosa & Plesiosaur!

How to get them? You go to the nether's soul-sand-valley, & you will find a new structure called: 'hollow skulls', its just a giant dino skull made out of bone blocks... & in the middle you can find fossilized dinosaur eggs, that needs to be used a brush to clean it, & place a campfire nearby to hatch it! It takes 10 (ten) minutes to hatch, & the dinosaur that gets out is totaly ramdom... But beware! If you let the dinosaur get out, he will grow to be a wild dinosaur, that are hostile, that can't be tamed! You can ONLY tame babies!!! herbivores are peacefull, until provoked...
They have biome variants, meaning if one dinosaur spawns on the jungle, it would be a jungle green with earth brown, & if it spawned on an ice biome, it would have feather. & its also dimention variant; meaning: lets say, a nether T-Rex, you could ride on him, only with iron-armor or any grade thats better, or you will burn to death while near or mounted on them; they start taking damage on water or cold biomes.
& lets say a dinosaur spawned in the end, it would have dragon breath, & would also be sensitive to water, but could teleport in a 25 block range.
