Free proximity chat for bedrock

We in bedrock (Play station, Nintendo ect.) Don't have a way to talk to each other in an online game and we can't install mods like on a PC so I would really appreciate it if you can add a setting that you can turn on and off so we can use a simple proximity chat. Or add a way to install mods through our Microsoft account that will show up on all devices.
